Debt Direct is a trading name of Tatstar Limited. Tatstar holds a consumer credit license to offer debt counseling, in other words we can provide you with information about the options open to you.  We cannot provide you with any advice or administer a debt solution for you.

 

If an enquiry form is completed we will introduce you to a commercial debt adviser who will then contact you with a view to arranging an appropriate solution.  Commercial debt advisers make a charge for administering or arranging a debt solution but full details will always be given to you before you enter into a plan.

 

What information do we collect?

 

We do not collect any personal identifying information without your knowledge when you visit our site.

If you wish to use our call back service, we will collect certain information such as your name, telephone number and email address.

We will collect your email address to ease further communications.

How do we use your information?

 

The personal identifying information is used to call you back as requested by you or to contact you via your email address provided by you. We may use the information by our sister companies to offer you other companies' products and services that may be of interest to you. We may also use or disclose information to the extent required by law, court order, as requested by other Government or law enforcement authority, or to enforce legal rights.
